You need to follow below steps to register online with PMAY in UP.

  1. Visit the official website at 
  2. Check for "Online Application" tab there (you can view all the instructions in Hindi as well). You will get below options to proceed with

  3.  In 3rd step, you will have to provide your Aadhar Card number along with the details of your district (from a drop down menu). The form will look like the one shown in below image:

  4. After hitting the "Next" button, you will be asked to fill in the main registration form that will house columns for details like applicant's name, address details (both permanent and present address), bank details, handicapped etc details. Fill in all the instructions and submit the form.
  5. Once you are done with the 4st step, you will now need to upload scanned copies of Aadhar Card, signature (these requirements may change from time to time) to the official website.
  6. At the end of the registration process, you will be given your application number that can be used for later references. Note down the registration number carefully.
